BUC-EES is Open!!

Had to post this picture of my loves. Bentley didn't like Buc-ee the beaver at all so Garrett had to get in the picture with her. He was telling her say cheese when I snapped the picture that's why he is smiling so big! I love it!

It's offical she's a BIG GIRL!!!

So about a week ago I broke Bentley's crib down to the twin bed and she LOVED it. I had to keep telling her what a big girl she was and she was so excited. Also she loved the fact that she could get in and out of it which made me real nervous. I have to say how proud I am of her she never skipped a beat she hasn't escaped or even cried. We just her to walk in her room with her an she climbs up in her in her bed with her sippy cup of water, Ellie and silky and she goes right to sleep. Thank god for the video monitor so I was able to watch her. Of course I started crying because I was not ready for her to be so big and independent!

She also made me sit in her room with her while she listened to the radio and danced in her bed. Dancing and singing are some of her favorite things to do these days. And when a male singer comes on the radio she gets all excited screaming DADDY!! She thinks it's Garrett singing. Hehe

Also we asked her if she wanted a baby in the house and she says "no way!!" haha she's so silly. And her newest phrase is "told you!" I have no clue where she picked this up from. Maybe from me always telling her father that.

She hated Dads boots I think it was because she couldn't walk in them and it scared her! Haha she kept saying "No mum no!"

I also need to give a shout out to my amazing sister-in-law who really went above and beyond for the wedding!! I am truly blessed! Also thanks all the family for the love a support! Also thanks everyone for all the amazing gifts!! I finally own a crockpot!! I know I am retarted but I already have dinners lined up!! And we own an electric can opener!!! It's amazing I had to waste a can of beans just to see how it worked! Hehe!

Valentine gifts for our loved ones!

We did a figure paint project for Nana, Ya Ya, Gammy, Mama, and GiGi. At the top was her hands in shape of a heart(didn't turn out very well) and at the bottom was her foot. It said "I love you from the bottom of my heart to the tips of my toes"
The for Daddy we took a this picture and put it in an I Love You picture frame. This way we can take picture for every holiday and he can change them out!

Bentley's New Love!

We recently went to a roping at Tejas to watch Kent rope. Garrett was riding one of Kent's horse's and Bentley decided she wanted to ride with Daddy. Well needless to say she fell in love with the horse and didn't want to get off! Great looks like we will be investing money for her to do something with horse's.

Bentley's first birthday!

Bentley I can't believe you are already 1! Your are such a blessing. Things you have accomplish lately:
•When someone says "where's Bentley?" you say "here I is!"
•Your father taught you how to sit like a dog! So cute!! He is very proud of it!
•You LOVE to read! All day long you bring a book to me and say "book mom book" "ead it" (read)
•You are able to tell me everything you want from a bath to onges (orange)
•When we went to your 12 month check up you got 4 shots and Dr. Boecker could not get over how much you talk, understand and how good you are at running! She said you are at an 18 month olds level!! I was so proud of you!
